The DoubleGate Homeowners Association receives comments from homeowners regarding U.S. mail delivery in DoubleGate on an ongoing basis. There are likely other residents who may also have concerns with mail delivery but have not contacted the HOA. The DoubleGate HOA would like give its members the opportunity to express any concerns regarding U.S. mail delivery using the form below. Once we know the types and scope of problems, we will determine a course of action to hopefully improve any issues. We do ask that you provide your name, address and email address so that we can verify you are an actual resident of DoubleGate. We will not share your name and address with the USPS without your prior approval.

Residents may wish to subscribe to the USPS Informed Delivery Service which sends daily emails to your inbox describing what mail is expected to be delivered.
