On June 21, 2021, the City of Johns Creek established a Stormwater Utility Fee to operate the stormwater management program. All property owners will pay a stormwater utility fee. This includes residential, commercial, religious, government, nonprofit and schools. Use the zoom feature to locate DoubleGate and click on your property (you may need to click on different areas until your property is outlined in blue). Your 2021 bill amount will be shown at the bottom, your future year amount will be shown as "Billing Rate (annually)".
