The new DoubleGate 3-ring binders have arrived, featuring a new DoubleGate logo on azure blue! However, with this arrival comes good news and bad news. The bad news is that the price for a 3-ring binder has increased to $10. It's been many years since the HOA last purchased 3-ring binders and our supply finally ran out this year. The cost of printing custom 3-ring binders has increased since then making it necessary to adjust the price we charge. The good news is that if you renew your 2023 HOA membership before December 31st, 2022, you will receive a free printed directory! Many residents will be able to reuse their existing DoubleGate 3-ring binder. If you do not already have a 3-ring binder, you can order one when you renew your membership.
HOA AutoPay customers will automatically receive a printed directory.
Printed directories are usually delivered at the end of March or early April.
