The 2023 edition of the DoubleGate Community Directory will be printed soon. The deadline to make changes to your household information shown in the directory is *Sunday, February 19th*.
This year, more than 300 directories will be delivered to members who ordered one (including all those who renewed via HOA AutoPay) so we would like the information in the printed directory to be accurate.
To recognize and thank current HOA members, all residents who join/renew their 2023 HOA membership by the deadline above will have a "DG" logo printed next to their name. If you have not yet renewed your HOA membership, you can renew online at:

To renew by check, drop off a check made out to "DoubleGate HOA" in the HOA mailbox located at 9895 Twingate Drive. 2023 HOA membership is only $100/year. Don't forget to return the Green Sheet that was mailed to you in November if you need to make any directory information changes. If you need a new Green Sheet, please fill out the form at
