The DoubleGate Homeowners Association sincerely appreciates the support of our members. The purpose of this page is to thank our members and to make the renewal process easier. Your $8.33 per month contribution not only keeps DoubleGate looking beautiful, it helps maintain the value of your home. Message to Non-members

We understand that some residents might not join the HOA during years where they move out of DoubleGate. Other residents may be experiencing a financial burden. However, some residents have either stopped renewing their annual HOA membership or have never joined. Please use the Contact Us page to send us a message regarding your concerns, you may choose to send your message anonymously. Understanding why some residents do not join the HOA will help us better serve our residents in the future.

2016 DoubleGate HOA Membership: 75.1% (328 of 437 homes)

2017 DoubleGate HOA Membership: 82.2% (359 of 437 homes)

2018 DoubleGate HOA Membership: 82.4% (360 of 437 homes)

2019 DoubleGate HOA Membership: 81.5% (356 of 437 homes)

2020 DoubleGate HOA Membership: 83.8% (366 of 437 homes)

2021 DoubleGate HOA Membership: 83.1% (363 of 437 homes)

2022 DoubleGate HOA Membership: 86.5% (378 of 437 homes)

2023 DoubleGate HOA Membership: 86.7% (379 of 437 homes)

2024 DoubleGate HOA Membership: 85.4% (373 of 437 homes)

2025 DoubleGate HOA Membership: 64.5% (282 of 437 homes)

Remember, continuous HOA membership starting in 2017 (or for new residents, the year you moved to DoubleGate) is required for your graduate's name to appear on the annual DoubleGate Homeowners Association Graduation Banner in a future year.
