Pay Online using PayPal

You can now securely pay your annual DoubleGate Homeowner's Association dues online using PayPal! A convenience fee will be added to all online payments to cover the transaction fee charged by PayPal. For example, a service fee of $2.85 will be added to an $85 online payment. You do not need a PayPal account to pay your dues online; just select "Pay with a debit or credit card" after clicking the "Proceed to PayPal" button below. If you would like to order a printed DoubleGate directory and/or blue binder, you can do so below.

Green Sheets are mailed annually to all DoubleGate residents in early November. If you are a new DoubleGate resident or need a replacement Green Sheet, you can request that one be delivered to you by filling out the Green Sheet Request form found here.
