If you paid by credit card, your membership status on the DoubleGate HOA website will be updated soon. If you paid by check, please follow the instructions in the email for information on how to remit payment for your order.

If you have not already returned your Green Sheet, use the Green Sheet Request form to have a new Green Sheet sent to you so that we can update your contact information. The Homeowners Association uses email as its primary method of communication. To ensure that your family receives the maximum benefit of your HOA membership, be sure to add your email address to the Green Sheet that you return to us and you will be added to our email distribution list.

If you ordered a printed directory and/or blue binder, they will be delivered in the spring after new directories are printed. If you would like a directory as soon as possible, please email to see if a prior year directory is available.
