More than 70% of DoubleGate HOA members join each and every year! Many other HOA members renew their membership often but occasionally miss a year. To show our appreciation for our loyal members and to make it easier for all residents to renew their HOA memberships, the DoubleGate HOA board of directors is pleased to introduce "HOA AutoPay". HOA AutoPay allows residents to automatically renew their HOA memberships on November 7th of each year without having to fill out forms. Additionally, renewals made using HOA AutoPay will not incur any online payment processing fees!

Residents can cancel HOA AutoPay at any time by sending an email to treasurer_hoa@doublegate.net. Residents who are signed up for HOA AutoPay will receive a reminder email before automatic payments are processed. The HOA AutoPay discount will appear as a credit towards your Current Year Membership online credit card payment only and does not apply towards Catch-Up Membership payments and payments for other products such as printed directories or payments made using PayPal or check. To receive the HOA AutoPay discount, you must:

Select the "Current Year Membership" ("Catch Up" payments are not eligible for HOA AutoPay)
Select "Full Year Resident" as your Residency (partial year payments are not eligible for HOA AutoPay)
Select "Credit Card" as your Payment Method
Agree to the DoubleGate HOA AutoPay Terms & Conditions

DoubleGate HOA AutoPay Terms and Conditions:

I authorize the DoubleGate Homeowners Association to, on an annual basis, automatically charge the credit card account I specified to renew my membership in the DoubleGate Homeowners Association. The amount charged will be the current cost of membership and will not include any additional online payment processing fees. The DoubleGate Homeowners Association will initiate the charge on or about November 7th of each year and will be applied to membership in the DoubleGate Homeowners Association for the following calendar year. I understand that this authorization to pay the DoubleGate homeowners Association by recurring charges is entirely optional and is not required to become a member of the DoubleGate Homeowners Association. This authorization is to remain in force and effect until terminated by me or the DoubleGate Homeowners Association. By participating in HOA AutoPay, I agree to receive future annual dues notifications electronically via the email address specified below. I agree to notify the DoubleGate Homeowners Association of any changes to my mailing address and/or email address by sending an email to treasurer_hoa@doublegate.net. I have the right to terminate my enrollment in HOA AutoPay at any time by emailing treasurer_hoa@doublegate.net from the email address account used to originally enroll in HOA AutoPay.
