Welcome to the DoubleGate Homeowners Association

Our neighborhood enjoys a matchless reputation -- due to its immaculate homes, its friendly people and its unique sense of
“family” and“community.”

The DoubleGate Homeowners Association is the active conduit through which flows up-to-the-minute information on important issues
such as local zoning and construction, maintenance and upkeep of common grounds. Also, the HOA often raises an active and effective
voice in its residents’ behalf, on county government issues. Our HOA also plays a very active part in the social fabric of DoubleGate through
sponsorship of many activities ranging from newcomer welcoming parties and children’s Easter egg hunts, to a terrific neighborhood watch
program and timely subdivision-wide “Garage Sales!”

Association membership provides residents a monthly newsletter, this web site and an active email eBroadcast – all designed to make important
information readily available to HOA members.  DoubleGate has a Swim Tennis and Homeowners Association of which both are voluntary, yet virtually all of your
neighbors have elected to become members. Our HOA brings real value, and we invite you to inquire about living and working together for our neighborhood.

The purpose of the web site is to improve communications within the community and allow residents to quickly and
easily find
information about the happenings in our community.  The site will only be as good as we make it, so please
contribute any content
that you think would be helpful and let us know what would make the site more useful to you.
